I will forever be looking up in the heavens for this beautiful boy, Sim Sim, that passed last Sept. I shared so many connections with this incredible Silverback Gorilla. His gentle smile Always comforted me along with always showing off his personality in the best facial expressions. I will never forget his Hay Hat, beating on his chest, and more. He is probably one of my most photographed animals and I will never forget those days just sitting there with him. I cannot Thank the Animal Care staff enough for all the care, love, and moments made.I continue to tear up just talking about him or looking at his photos throughout time. Thankful I took the photos I did, to hold onto those memories. You don't understand how much making the connections truly means until you no longer can make anymore.
