This gorgeous girl is River at Peaceful Pastures Ranch. I have been very fortunate to have been chosen by her to receive her friendship. She usually is very antisocial and distrusting of others. There is no way to describe the bond and connection felt between us. I am honored that she has entrusted me to not only greet her, but brush her, hug, and just be with her. You can talk to ranch hands and they will tell you she has a completely different personality to others. So it makes me think of the song in the movie Pocahontas, "I look once more just around the river bend" because this River definitely has different paths for people to cross to earn her love.
